We open with an epic wide-angle of our Footballer running in a desert field. The ground is mostly dirt, however there are patches of grass dappled sparsely about.
The colours and palette are warm, and they match the dry heat of the desert atmosphere. Moreover, we see scanty clouds lightly drifting in an open blue sky above.
Further off in the distance, an array of mountains shimmers behind a heavy sheet of haze. The sun is low and very warm, and the lighting is therefore stylised at god hour.
As a result, we cut to a closeup of the ground. Steam and condensation rise up off it, inspiring intense imagery of extreme heat.
Soon a dark swarm plummets towards camera and we examine the discs in a macro shot. Displaying the icy cool mist pouring off the shapes, the camera shakily tracks with them.
Later we’re plunged deep within a world with a beautifully shallow depth of field and lens aberrations filling the frame. These remind us of the physical connection between player and material.
We follow the discs out of frame and cut behind the swarm into a medium shot, following the footballer from behind as the discs shoot towards him.
Presently we catch up with the Titanium swarm, as it descends upon the player. As we study its formation, we marvel at how the fibers have surrounded the player like a tornado. Smoothly the camera orbits around, again punctuating the moment.
However, we don’t see the swarm for long. Instead, we quickly dip under the surface as the fibers stitch together in another macro study, creating the Adidas Climachill material. Looking upwards, the cooling elements break off and release vapours into the lens as the shallow depth of field creates an expanse of optical aberrations.
Now cooled and optimised for performance, the player smashes his final shot in an epic high-speed moment and the camera orbits around him. As a result the frame is bathed in lens flares as a dizzying array of steam and cooling vapours arises from the player. Thanks to this, He is impervious to the hot sun.
